Can he claw his way to the top?

Dungeness Crabs are in high demand during Iron Chef America, especially when Mario Batali enters kitchen stadium. This crab received its name from, Dungeness, Washington where the first commercial harvesting of the crab occurred ( presently known as “Old Town Dungeness”). These particular crabs were bought on the streets of China Town New York City, where many of our Asian products are purchased for the Food Network. I can not tell you exactly what Mario created with the Dungeness Crabs, but I can tell you the way he combined it with the secret ingredient was quite impressive. Tune in yourself to see if Mario clawed his way to the top in the next season of Iron Chef America.
