The construction team we're working with is Tennessee Property Restoration. These guys have been very impressive. When our first choice wasn't available, we asked Angelique for a recommendation. She had good things to say about this team: honest, dependable and good to work with.
We asked Aaron, who owns the company, to bid on our work. He came back with an incredibly detailed estimate on the cost and the time needed. We liked his personality and his approach, so we signed the contract and moved forward. I'll tell you more about their handiwork in the days ahead.
On most days four guys are here working. As you'll see from the photo below, they have a good time. The radio is blaring classic rock, and periodically one of the guys breaks out in song. From left to right: Wes, Rob, Simon and Joe.

I have not had the pleasure of having all four of this crew work for me yet, but Joe Posadas and Simon Marsh did an overhaul on my house. Last year before these were hired my dream home was a bare shell. Now my family has our beautiful home.

Is this the same Simon who trashed his car in Anne Hathaways cottage in Stratford on Avon UK 20 years ago?
